To be eligible for Ontario’s Human Capital Priorities Stream, you need to have a valid Express Entry profile. To create an Express Entry profile you must score 67 out of 100 points in the Ontario Points Calculator. The points are awarded based on the following factors:

Based on the aforementioned factors, the maximum scores are 1200. Candidates can get 600 points for additional factors and the remaining are awarded based on Core Human Capital Factors + Spouse or common-law partner Factors + Skill Transferability Factors.

What Is The Minimum Requirement For Ontario PNP Express Entry Stream?
Ontario’s Express Entry stream allows Express Entry candidates to apply for provincial nomination. With the Ontario Express entry stream, OINP can search for skilled candidates in the Express Entry pool.
To be eligible for OINP through Human Capital Priorities Stream you must have:
- A Minimum score of CRS 400 points
- A valid Express Entry profile
- The minimum level of work experience depending on whether you have applied for a PR Visa through FSWP or CEC.
- An ECA certificate
- CLB level 7 or above in all four modules in IELTS
- The intention to live in the province
- Proof of sufficient settlement funds
