3. Education Qualification (Maximum 25 Points)
Indians must have an ECA (Educational Credential Assessment) report from a designated organization for the highest educational qualification earned.
Educational Credential Assessment is used to verify that your degree, diploma, or certificate is valid and equal to a Canadian degree, diploma, or certificate.

- If you are currently working on a permit based on the Labour Market Impact Assessment in any type of skilled trades worker profession.
- If you are authorized to work in Canada through an open work permit or a permit of such kind.
