Application Methodology:

Provincial Nominee Program
Application Requirements:
No minimum CRS score is necessary, but applicants must have an offer of employment if their line of work features on the National Occupation Classification (NOC) list of in-demand positions.
Application Procedure: Two Methods
1.) Direct application using non-Express Entry Method. One may need to submit an Expression of Interest.
2.) Set up an online profile and choose the territories or provinces you are interested in using the non-express entry system. The territory or province may notify you of your interest before you directly apply.
Application Notification:
If your application is approved, you’ll receive a letter of nomination from the province or territory and an additional 600 CRS points, which will assist you get invited to apply for permanent residency.
Application Selection Process :
- Depending on the CRS score and the demands of the province or territory's labour market.
Application Processing Time:
- Non-Express Entry Method 15 to 19 months
- Express Entry Method 4 to 6 months
