A day earlier, on October 21, 648 candidates nominated under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) were invited, with CRS scores of at least 791.

Healthcare saw 28 ITAs with a score of 99, and the Veterinary Care stream invited fewer than five candidates with a score of 80.
October 8, 2024: The province issued 83 ITAs for Tech professionals with a minimum score of 116. Childcare (Skilled Worker, International Graduate, including EEBC option) received 44 ITAs with a score of 83, Construction saw 25 ITAs at 89, and Healthcare 21 ITAs at 99. The Veterinary Care stream invited fewer than five candidates with a score of 80.
October 2, 2024: A general draw saw 81 ITAs issued in the Skilled Worker category with a minimum score of 128, matching other streams such as International Graduate. Childcare (Skilled Worker, International Graduate, including EEBC option) received 35 ITAs at a score of 83, Construction had 23 ITAs at 89, and Healthcare invited 28 ITAs at 99. At most five invitations were issued for Veterinary Care at a score of 80.
In total, British Columbia held four draws in October and issued over 600 ITAs, reflecting the province’s active engagement in welcoming skilled professionals from various industries.
