On May 4th, 2023, the province of Manitoba held its latest Provincial Nominee Program draw and invited a total of 539 Letters of Advice to Apply for the PR.
Occupation-specific selection
Based on data released, profiles indicating current employment in Manitoba in occupations with high labor demands were taken into consideration.
- Total LAAs issued in the draw: 252
- CRS cutoff: 606
The following National Occupational Classification (NOC) 2021 major categories were taken into account when conducting this draw:
- 12 - Administrative and financial supervisors and specialized administrative occupations
- 22 - Technical occupations related to natural and applied sciences
- 70 - Middle management occupations in trades and transportation

- Total LAAs issued in the draw: 199
- CRS cutoff: 650
International Education Stream
Only the candidates who met the eligibility criteria were considered for the LAAs here.
- Total LAAs issued in the draw: 39
Skilled Worker Overseas
Profiles that stated they had received a direct invitation from the MPNP as part of a strategic recruitment initiative.
- Total LAAs issued in the draw: 49
- CRS cutoff: 699
Out of the total 539 LAAs issued in the draw, 204 were granted to candidates who had a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.
Prince Edward Island
The province held its first PNP draw of the month on 4th May 2023 and invited a total of 122 Invitations to Apply for the Canada PR Visa. The entire ITAs issued went to the candidates from the Labour & Express Entry sub-category. The CRS cutoff was not mentioned in the draw.
