You must possess a suitable amount of professional experience in your sector, strong credentials, and fluency in either English or French. To evaluate your request, a 100-point grid will be used. And, you have to score a minimum of 67 points out of them.
The program uses the Express Entry system to facilitate applications, so they are processed quickly. You must create an Express Entry profile after submitting your FSWP application, for which you will receive a Comprehensive Ranking System score (CRS). You will be evaluated in this procedure along with other candidates seeking Canadian permanent residency. If you complete this process successfully, you will receive an invitation to apply (ITA). After that, you’ll have 2 months to submit a visa application so you can go to Ontario and begin a career there.
Canadian Experience Class
If you want to use the Canadian Experience Class to qualify for Express Entry, your professional experience in Canada in NOC Skill Type 0 or Level A or B must total one year. The 3 years following the filing of your OINP must have been employed to gain your job experience. Your expertise must pertain to the professions listed in your Express Entry profile, and you should have been a resident of Canada legally.
