    Manitoba PNP Draws 254 Candidates in Latest Selection Round

    In its most recent draw, held on December 28, 2023, the province of Manitoba conducted its Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw, issuing a total of 254 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to candidates under various categories. The draw encompassed candidates in the Skilled Worker in Manitoba, International Education Stream, and Skilled Worker Overseas categories.

    Skilled Worker in Manitoba Category​

    Close relative in Manitoba selection​

    The largest share of ITAs, totaling 160, was issued to candidates in the Skilled Worker in Manitoba category. Notably, this selection round focused on individuals who declared a Manitoba Supporter—a close relative. To be eligible, the Manitoba Supporter must be a Canadian permanent resident or citizen, an established resident of Manitoba, and have been residing in the province for a minimum of one year.

    The ranking score of the lowest-ranked candidate invited in this category stood at 612.

    International Education Stream

    67 ITAs were issued to candidates who met the eligibility requirements of the International Education Stream. This category targets profiles that have declared their eligibility under the International Education Stream criteria.

    Skilled Worker Overseas Category

    In the Skilled Worker Overseas category, 27 candidates received ITAs, having declared direct invitations from the MPNP under a Strategic Recruitment Initiative. The ranking score of the lowest-ranked candidate invited in this category was 698.

    Express Entry Candidates

    Within the total of 254 ITAs issued, 53 were specifically allocated to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.
