BC PNP Draw Issues New Skills Immigration Invitations
The province of British Columbia has continued its efforts to address labor market demands by issuing a fresh round of Skills Immigration invitations. A total of 208 ITAs were sent, which span multiple streams and priority occupations, aiming to attract skilled workers who can contribute to the province’s diverse and growing economy.

- Tech Stream: Skilled Worker, International Graduate (includes EEBC option)

- Childcare: Early Childhood Educators and Assistants (NOC 42202)

- Healthcare
- Minimum Score: 60
- Number of Invitations: 28
- Other Priority Occupations (NOCs 31003, 32104)
- Minimum Score: 60
- Number of Invitations: Less than 5
The Tech Stream, which includes skilled workers and international graduates, witnessed the highest number of invitations with a minimum score of 90. This stream targets individuals with valuable skills and expertise in technology-related fields, emphasizing the province’s focus on innovation and growth.
Childcare, an essential sector, also received significant attention, with 49 invitations issued to Early Childhood Educators and Assistants. This move demonstrates British Columbia’s commitment to providing quality early childhood education and care services.
In the healthcare sector, 28 invitations were extended, acknowledging the critical role that healthcare professionals play in maintaining the province’s well-being.
Additionally, the province allocated invitations to individuals in other priority occupations, emphasizing the importance of diversifying its workforce.
