    Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) held a fresh draw on March 23, 2023

    The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) held a fresh draw on March 23, 2023, accepting 746 applicants from the Skilled Trades stream.
    Targeted Notifications of Interest (NOI) were sent to invite individuals who would be eligible for the Skilled Trades stream of Express Entry. In this targeted draw, a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score between 250 and 489 was necessary. In the most recent Ontario PNP draw, candidates with CRS scores within this range received NOIs.
    This is the fourth invitation round that Ontario will be held for applicants to the Skilled Trades stream in 2023. On February 10, the previous OINP Skilled Trades Stream draw was held, and 466 NOIs were given to applicants having CRS scores between 260 and 489.
    Applicants for the following national occupational codes (NOC) were invited to apply if they possessed a comprehensive ranking system (CRS) score between 250 and 489 and job experience in those fields:

    The OINP’s current backlog of applications affects the scope and frequency of the Expression of Interest (NOI) selection. OINP draws are typically conducted every month, with a few exceptions. The following Ontario PNP draw dates won’t be published in advance.
