Ontario Express Entry Draw on 9th March Invites 822 Candidates
Ontario Express Entry Draw
On March 9, 2023, Ontario held a fresh targeted draw for healthcare professionals, inviting a total of 822 applicants under the Human Capital Priorities (HCP) stream of Ontario Express Entry.
This was Ontario’s second Human Capital Priorities draw for 2023. The most recent Ontario draw was open to applicants whose Express Entry profiles were created between March 8, 2022, and March 9, 2023.
Invited NOCs
In a targeted draw, NOIs were given to 822 individuals with CRS scores ranging from 469 to 489. Also, invited candidates had to have work experience, in particular, National Occupation Classification (NOC) categories, such as:

Who received the ITAs?
Ontario frequently examines the Express Entry pool maintained by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to identify potential applicants who would fit the requirements of one of the Express Entry and Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) controlled immigration streams.
Applicants that met the following criteria are eligible to apply to the Human Capital Priority stream:
- Can provide evidence that their employment history fell under one of the aforementioned qualifying National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes.
- You now have 45 days to file an online application to the OINP if you received an NOI in this HCP draw
