Under this program, the OINP makes a nomination for Canadian permanent residency on behalf of qualified French-speaking skilled professionals who are fluent in English. Candidates must have a legitimate employment offer in Ontario or at least one year of recent, full-time experience in a skilled field. Additionally, they must satisfy the Ontario PNP points calculator’s definitions of the required levels of education, language proficiency, and adaptability.
