    To address specific regional labor market needs, the Skilled Worker Overseas stream targeted candidates indicating Winkler as their destination of choice. This selection aligns with Manitoba’s strategy to support smaller communities and enhance regional economic development.

    Out of the 41 total invitations, 7 were issued to candidates who had a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.
