Manitoba PNP latest draw invites 234 Apply for Canada PR Visa
The province of Manitoba conducted its latest Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw on 10th October, issuing a total of 234 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to eligible candidates across three key immigration categories. This marks another step in Manitoba’s ongoing efforts to attract skilled workers, international graduates, and overseas talent to strengthen the provincial workforce.
A total of 82 ITAs were issued to skilled workers who have completed post-secondary studies in Manitoba. Candidates whose profiles indicated that either they or their spouse had completed post-secondary education in the province were given priority. The lowest-ranked candidate in this category had a ranking score of 845.

Manitoba continues to prioritize international students who have completed their education in the province and are now looking to contribute to the local economy. A total of 114 ITAs were issued under the International Education Stream, which is specifically designed to retain talented graduates within Manitoba.

Under the Skilled Workers Overseas category, 38 candidates were directly invited by the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) through a Strategic Recruitment Initiative. The lowest-ranked candidate in this category had a score of 711.
Express Entry Connections
Of the total 234 ITAs issued, 36 were extended to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code, further enhancing their chances of receiving an invitation to apply for permanent residency in Canada.
This draw reaffirms Manitoba’s commitment to welcoming skilled individuals who can fill labor market gaps and contribute to the province’s growing economy. Candidates who received an ITA in this draw will now have the opportunity to apply for permanent residency through the Manitoba PNP, potentially opening doors to a new life in Canada.
