Ontario frequently examines the Express Entry pool maintained by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to identify potential applicants who would fit the requirements of one of the Express Entry and Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) controlled immigration streams. In order to be considered for the Human Capital Priorities stream, candidates must:
- Have received an NOI on February 2nd, 2023
- Can provide evidence that their employment history fell under one of the aforementioned qualifying National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes.
