    Latest Manitoba PNP Draw

On April 6, 2023, the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) held a fresh Expression of Interest (EOI) draw and distributed 566 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) to applicants from the three streams it manages: Skilled Workers in Manitoba, International Education Stream, and Skilled Worker Overseas.
For the fourth time, Manitoba held an EOI draw where qualified workers in the province were invited under the “all occupation” and “occupation-specific” categories. The first draw of the month was the most recent Manitoba PNP draw #174.

    Skilled Workers in Manitoba

    Occupation-specific

    All occupations

    International Education Stream

    Skilled Worker Overseas

Out of the total 566 LAAs issued in this draw, 157 LAAs were issued to the eligible candidates who had a valid Express Entry profile.

Here are the procedures you should take if you have been invited to apply for the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (PNP):

Examine your Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA)

The LAA will specify your next course of action, the date for submitting your application, and any necessary paperwork.

    Finish the application:

The Manitoba PNP application form must be filled out completely and submitted with all necessary supporting documentation. This could consist of evaluations of school qualifications, outcomes of language tests, letters describing work experience, and other supporting documentation.

    Pay the application fee:

Before your application can be processed, you must pay a non-refundable application cost.

    Submit your application upon completion:

Verify again that the application fee has been paid and that all necessary documents have been submitted.

    Await the outcome:

After reviewing your application, the Manitoba PNP will decide whether to accept or reject your nomination. If your application is accepted, you will be given a nomination certificate that you can use to submit an application to the federal government for permanent residency.
Apply for permanent residency through Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) after you have your nomination certificate in hand. You must satisfy IRCC’s requirements for permanent residency before they may process your application.
It is crucial to understand that receiving a Manitoba PNP invitation does not ensurea that your application for permanent residence will be accepted. You will still need to fulfill all eligibility conditions and pass background checks conducted by the federal government.
