The draw considered candidates in the Skilled Worker, International Education Stream, and Skilled Worker Overseas categories.

Under the Skilled Worker Overseas category, individuals directly invited by the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) through a Strategic Recruitment Initiative received 48 invitations.
