Manitoba has once again opened its doors to skilled professionals in its latest immigration draw, issuing a total of 301 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) across various streams. The draw considered candidates in the Skilled Worker, International Education Stream, and Skilled Worker Overseas categories.

    Skilled Worker in Manitoba:

    All Occupations

In this broad category, profiles that were not selected in the occupation-specific selection were considered, demonstrating Manitoba’s inclusive approach to attracting skilled workers.

    Occupation-specific selection:

Selected Occupations (NOC 2021 major groups)

Candidates employed in occupations identified with high labor needs, based on data published by Statistics Canada, were considered under this stream.

    International Education Stream:

Manitoba recognizes the value of international education, and 61 individuals who met the eligibility requirements under this stream received invitations.

    Skilled Worker Overseas:

Under the Skilled Worker Overseas category, individuals directly invited by the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) through a Strategic Recruitment Initiative received 48 invitations.
Of the total 301 Letters of Advice to Apply issued, 69 were extended to candidates with a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code, further emphasizing Manitoba’s commitment to attracting skilled individuals through various pathways. This draw reinforces Manitoba’s position as a welcoming destination for skilled professionals seeking new opportunities in Canada.
