During this draw, a noteworthy 268 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) were extended to skilled workers, reflecting Manitoba’s ongoing efforts to attract individuals with valuable skills and experiences.

    The draw considered profiles declaring a Manitoba Supporter who is a close relative, a Canadian permanent resident or citizen, an established resident of Manitoba and has been residing in the province for at least one year. A total of 148 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) were issued, with the lowest-ranked candidate invited having a ranking score of 609.

    International Education Stream

    Profiles meeting the eligibility requirements for the International Education Stream were also a focal point in this draw. A commendable 82 LAAs were issued to candidates in this stream, emphasizing Manitoba’s dedication to attracting individuals with a global perspective.

    Skilled Worker Overseas​

    The MPNP drew attention to profiles directly invited under a Strategic Recruitment Initiative in the Skilled Worker Overseas category. 38 LAAs were issued, with the lowest-ranked candidate having a ranking score of 720.
    Among the 268 LAAs issued in this draw, 50 were allocated to candidates with a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code. This highlights the province’s effort to integrate the Express Entry system into its immigration initiatives, promoting a streamlined and efficient selection process.
