Canada's Latest Draw Result: Quebec, BC, and PEI
In this draw, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has invited candidate who a received nomination in previous round. As a result in the latest draw the cut-off CSR Score is relatively high compared to other draws i.e. 741.
Even though PNP itself is not equivalent to permanent residence, it can considerably increase your chances of obtaining a Canada permanent resident card.
On the other hand PNP candidates who have to apply through Canada Express Entry, who obtains nomination automatically, gets 600 points to their profile score. By this time provincial nominee program invites more than 80,000 candidates per year because of its effectiveness and efficiency.
Provincial and federal government officials then invite candidates whose profiles meet the eligibility criteria of an immigration program. Invited candidates apply for a Quebec Provincial Nomination or a Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ).

Quebec Ministry of Immigration, Francisation, and Integration and
Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program (QSWP) had invited just about 30 candidates to apply for Canada Permanent Residency on 5 May 2022.
On May 17 under BC PNP, 175 applicants had received ITA (invitation to apply) from its weekly nomination round. A total of 154 of these nominees were invited by general draw. Candidates invited to this draw came from the Skilled Worker, International Graduate and Beginner categories, and Self-Qualified subcategories and had to achieve a minimum score between 77 and 123 per province. British Columbia furthermore conducts three draws for the numerous occupations.

Total number of 24 skilled workers and international workers were invited as, early childhood teachers.
Invited healthcare professionals in under-skilled, entry-level, and semi-skilled categories.
In all the above draws, a candidate has to obtain a minimum provincial score of 62.
Prince Edward Island
Approximately 153 candidates were invited to immigrate to Canada via Prince Edward Provincial Nominee Program. Express Entry and Labor Impact candidates received the most invitations, totaling 137. The remaining 16 invitations went to Business Impact candidates who scored a minimum 62 points
Ways to Apply for Provincial Nominee Program
Paper-Based Process (Non-Express Entry Program)
When you met the eligibility criteria and match the NOC occupation list you’ll receive a province nomination to apply for Canada PR Visa. This process usually takes a longer time than express entry.
Online Process (via Express Entry Program)
An applicant can directly apply for the nomination by getting in touch with the specific province. The second method is to create an express entry profile and state your interest of the province. When you get an ITA, you can apply via Canada Express Entry.
