Latest Express Entry Draw: 400 ITAs Issued in CEC Stream
Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has announced the results of its latest Express Entry draw, held on November 19, 2024. The draw invited 400 candidates under the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) stream. To qualify, candidates needed a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 539.
This draw follows closely on the heels of the November 18 Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw, which issued 174 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to candidates with a minimum CRS score of 816.

Momentum in Express Entry Draws
November has been a particularly active month for Express Entry draws. Earlier this month, IRCC invited candidates across diverse streams, including French-language proficiency and PNP streams, highlighting Canada’s commitment to meeting its ambitious immigration targets.
The Immigration Levels Plan for 2025 aims to bring in 124,680 Express Entry candidates to support Canada’s economic growth and address labor shortages. This plan also introduces new categories to streamline pathways for skilled workers.
