    A total of 1,000 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for permanent residence were issued during the September 3rd draw. Prospects required a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 534 and an active Express Entry profile established before August 14, 2025, at 8:28 UTC.

On September 2, IRCC invited 249 Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates with a minimum CRS of 772. Just weeks earlier, on August 19, the department conducted a category-based draw for healthcare and social services professionals, issuing 2,500 ITAs at a CRS cut-off of 470.

    The September 3rd draw is the second Express Entry draw for the month and is the continuation of the government’s alternating tactic between the category-based, general, and PNP-based selections.
